Troy, Pires, & Allen, LLC Announces Expansion
Of Commercial Lines Division; Addresses Condo Market

East Providence, (March 5, 2007) – Troy, Pires, & Allen (TPA), LLC has announced the expansion of their commercial lines division, adding four members to its current roster. Providing complete insurance coverage for individuals as well as businesses since 1936, TPA is responding to the growing needs of businesses in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts area.

“In particular, condominium owners and managers are aware of their increased need for protection, according to TPA partner Bill Allen. “This has become a new area of specialty for us, and with additional personnel, we are now better prepared to address the number of business queries we’ve received.”

That specialty within the commercial lines division provides coverage for both apartment and condominium complexes, including those that are within one thousand feet of the coastline. Among the program’s unique features is that it represents substantial capacity -over $100,000,000 per location.

TPA’s typical range of commercial offerings include: automobile, property and casualty, workers compensation, general liability, and multiple peril, which will continue to be serviced by the existing staff as well as its new team members.

TPA’s new commercial team members include: Tim Mailloux, Christopher Civittolo, Justin Ciombor, and Anthony Pires.

Mailloux is a Lincoln High School graduate and also attended Hebron Academy in Maine.  He earned his Bachelor of Science with a degree in Management from Providence College.  Prior to working at TPA, Mailloux was involved in Golf Operations at the Pawtucket Country Club. He and his wife, Julie, live in Attleboro, Ma. During his time off, he officiates hockey.

A Providence College graduate, Civittolo earned his Bachelor of Science in Management.  Prior to TPA, he worked at Amica Mutual Insurance Company as a Personal Lines insurance agent. In his spare time, he coaches the Scituate High School Basketball Team and enjoys playing golf. Currently, he resides in North Providence.

Ciombor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut where he was member and captain of the UCONN golf team. Starting as an intern with TPA, Ciombor continues work at the agency as commercial lines producer. He lives in Plainville, Ma., and enjoys golf and basketball in his spare time.

Anthony Pires joined TPA in 1994 after earning his B.S. in Business Administration.  He has worked in all departments at TPA including Personal, Life, Health, and Commercial. He lives in East Providence with his wife, Shannon, and their two sons, Dante and Jaret.
